The Hanlon-Perkins Group,
Inc. (HPGI) was incorporated in February 2002. In April 2005 the Hanlon-Perkins Group, Inc.
was renamed the Hanlon Group, Inc. (HGI) and registered with the State of Washington, Department
of Licensing as an engineering corporation.
HGI focused on project management, construction management, cost
engineering (project controls, estimating scheduling, cost analysis, change
control, value improvement, and construction claims support), quality control,
IT consulting, and human resource and outplacement support services. As such, HGI provided cost engineering
services in eastern Washington and Idaho to British Nuclear Fuels Ltd (BNFL), Bechtel Nation
Inc. (BNI), CH2M-Hill Hanford Group, and in western Washington to Puget Sound Energy (PSE).
The current primary focus for
HGI is that of securing general service contracts with regional power utilities,
cities, and support to the Department of Energy Hanford site in eastern Washington, and at the Idaho National Engineering
Laboratory (INEEL) at Idaho Falls,
Idaho. HGI is seeking opportunities to provide
engineering services in the following fields:

Engineering services

Project Management: Utility Project Management
·
Cost Engineering Services: Utility
project/program estimating, scheduling, budget analysis and management, change
control, and construction claims support.
HGI has provided project
management and cost engineering services to Puget Sound Energy (PSE) since
2003. Starting in 2005, HGI began
providing electrical engineering and drafting services to the PSE Electric and
Gas Systems engineering groups. A
